CalculaTool terms of use

These terms apply to the CalculaTool app made by mobilgem. The app asks you to accept them the first time you open it; if they change, it asks again. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What CalculaTool is
CalculaTool is a toolbox of everyday calculators: money, time, body and health, and everyday tools. It is free and supported by ads.
2. Information only — not advice
- Results are approximate. They come from commonly used formulas and from the values you enter, and they may contain errors.
- Results are for general information only and are not binding. CalculaTool does not give medical, health, financial, tax, legal or any other professional advice.
- The body and health tools (body mass index, daily energy, cycle, pregnancy calendar) are not medical devices. Do not use them to diagnose or treat any condition, to prevent or plan a pregnancy, or instead of seeing a qualified professional.
- The money tools do not replace the figures of your bank, lender, employer or tax office.
- Decisions you make based on a result are your own. For anything important, check with a qualified professional.
3. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it correct and working, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, mobilgem is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app or its results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
5. Your use
Use the app lawfully. You are responsible for the values you enter and for how you interpret the results.
6. Advertising
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to.
7. Intellectual property
The CalculaTool name, app and design belong to mobilgem. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed in the app under Settings → About → Open-source licenses.
8. Privacy
How the app handles data is explained in the CalculaTool privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; when it changes, the app asks you to accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
